A Word from PJ

“He also told them a parable: “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit?”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:39‬ ‭ESV‬‬

One of my favorite movie scenes is from “Hear no evil, See no evil” where the lead character (a blind man) wants to cross a street by himself. By happenstance another blind man grabs the lead character’s arm and asks for assistance crossing the road. Not knowing he is being led by another blind man, they start to cross the road arm and arm happy as can be. They soon discover that they had walked right in the back of a moving truck. I know that seems silly, but this is how most people are walking around in life today. We get linked up with people that haven’t got a clue how to live a Godly life. We seem to lock arms with people who have the same spiritual blind spot that we do. When we allow this to happen we both fall victim to the trap of the enemy. The enemy wants the blind leading the blind. When that happens we will always fall in the same pit of destruction.

Let’s open our eyes and live in a way that we can help someone that is blind to sin avoid the pit.

Love you all,

PJ
