Delight in the Lord


Scripture:

“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4


Reflection:

Delighting in the Lord shifts our focus from our wants to His presence. Psalm 37:4 promises that as we find joy in Him, our hearts align with His will, and He fulfills our deepest longings.


True delight in God comes from knowing Him more deeply. As we pursue Him, our desires transform to reflect His heart.

Spend time today rejoicing in His goodness, trusting that He knows the desires of your heart.


Challenge:

Reflect on something about God that brings you joy. Rejoice in His presence today.


Prayer:

Lord, I delight in You. Shape my heart to desire what pleases You, and fulfill the longings You place within me. Amen.
