A Word from PJ


“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”

Galatians 5:1 ESV


When I was younger one of my favorite songs was a song titled “Don’t look Down” by The Mullins Family. The chorus said, “Don’t look down or you’ll fall, just keep your eyes on Jesus, you’ll stay above it all”. This is so true. When we take our eyes off of Jesus we always falter and fall off the path of righteousness. As we live out our faith in this depraved world, we should keep our eyes on Jesus. He will help us stay above the traps of the enemy. In the words of The Mullins, “Trust Jesus with your heart and you’ll reach the other side”.
