A Word from PJ


“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”

Romans 12:12 NIV


This verse gives us three wonderful things to focus on in our life. First, when we look at all that is going on around us today, we should look ahead to all the wonderful things God has prepared for us. Second, whatever struggles we are going through, God wants you to be patient. This is extremely difficult at times, but when we are patient and wait on the Lord He will work things together for our good! Finally, we are to be faithful in communicating with God through prayer. This is a very difficult thing to do every single day. Our minds are all clouded with the distractions of life. That causes us to get our mind off of prayer and communicating with God. A lot of times we are just communicating with our problems and our struggles. God wants us to talk to him about the things that we are facing constantly. Put these three things into practice every single day and I can guarantee you that God will show up in a big way in your life.
