God is Your Strong Tower

Scripture:

“The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” – Proverbs 18:10

Reflection:

In times of trouble, we often seek security in temporary things. But Proverbs 18:10 reminds us that the name of the Lord is our strongest refuge. His presence is a fortress unshakable and impenetrable where we find true safety.

Running to God means turning to Him first, not as a last resort. When we call upon His name, we step into His protection, knowing that no force can breach the walls of His love and power.

Whatever challenge you are facing, remember that God is your strong tower. Run to Him and take refuge in His strength.

Reflect on what you typically turn to for comfort in difficult times. Shift your focus today by calling on the name of the Lord as your refuge.

Prayer:

Lord, You are my strong tower and place of safety. I run to You today and trust in Your strength to protect and sustain me. Thank You for being my refuge. Amen.
