God’s Guidance in Decisions

Scripture:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

Reflection:

Life is filled with decisions, both big and small, and Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust God’s wisdom rather than relying solely on our own understanding. When we submit our plans to Him, He promises to guide us and make our paths straight.

God’s guidance often comes through prayer, His Word, and the counsel of wise believers. Seeking His will requires humility, patience, and a willingness to follow wherever He leads. Even when His direction doesn’t align with our expectations, we can trust that His plans are always for our good and His glory.

As we walk in step with God, He gives us clarity and peace, equipping us to make decisions that honor Him.

Challenge:

Reflect on a decision you’re facing. Spend time in prayer, seeking God’s guidance and wisdom, and look for confirmation in His Word.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for Your promise to guide me in every decision. Help me to trust in Your wisdom and to submit my plans to You. Teach me to seek Your will and to follow Your direction with faith and obedience. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
