A Word from PJ

God’s Peace in Chaos

Scripture:

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” – Isaiah 26:3

Reflection:

In a world filled with uncertainty and chaos, God offers us a peace that surpasses all understanding. Isaiah 26:3 reminds us that this peace is available to those who keep their minds steadfastly focused on Him and trust in His sovereignty.

The peace God provides is not dependent on circumstances but is rooted in His unchanging character. Jesus promised this peace to His followers, saying, “My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives” (John 14:27). His peace brings calm to our hearts even in the midst of storms.

By turning to God in prayer, meditating on His Word, and trusting in His promises, we can experience His peace regardless of what’s happening around us. This peace guards our hearts and minds, allowing us to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and hope.

Challenge:

Spend 10 minutes today in silence and prayer, focusing on God’s presence and asking Him to fill your heart with His peace. Reflect on Isaiah 26:3 and meditate on His promise of perfect peace.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the peace that comes from trusting in You. Help me to keep my mind steadfastly focused on Your goodness and sovereignty. Teach me to rest in Your presence and to carry Your peace into every situation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
