A Word from PJ
Ephesians 4:26-27 says, “In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.”
Anger is a natural human emotion, but it can easily become destructive if not handled properly. This verse reminds us that anger itself isn’t sinful—it’s how we respond to it that can lead us astray. When anger is left unchecked, it can fester, leading to bitterness, resentment, and division. That’s why Paul instructs us to deal with our anger quickly, not allowing it to linger. Holding onto anger opens the door for the enemy to create division, hurt relationships, and lead us away from the peace God desires for us.
Today, if you feel anger rising within you, take a moment to pause and pray. Ask God to help you handle your anger in a way that honors Him. Seek reconciliation where needed, and don’t allow unresolved anger to take root in your heart. By doing so, you close the door to the enemy and keep your heart aligned with Christ.
Love you,
PJ
