“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”

There’s nothing like knowing you are loved. If we look at the manger in Bethlehem, we will see that we are loved more than we will ever know. The God of this universe allowed His one and only son to come to this earth and be born of a virgin. Jesus was born to die! That sounds grim and it really is but, it was extremely necessary. Without the virgin birth and the death of Jesus on the cross and His resurrection three days later, we could not know eternal life. I often ask myself the question, “How can someone love me that much?”. I will never know that answer until I get to heaven. That kind of love can only be explained by the one that gave it. I want you to know today that Jesus loves you and He was born to die for you. My prayer is you would give Him your life today.
