Letting Go of Fear


Scripture:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7


Reflection:

Fear can paralyze us, but God equips us with power, love, and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us that fear is not from Him; instead, He offers boldness and clarity.


When fear arises, counter it with the truth of God’s Word. His presence brings courage, and His Spirit strengthens us.

Face your fears today with the confidence that God walks beside you. His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).


Challenge:

Write down one fear that is holding you back. Speak God’s promises over it and choose faith over fear.


Prayer:

Lord, thank You for giving me power, love, and a sound mind. I choose to trust You and let go of fear today. Amen.
