A Word from PJ

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”   Proverbs 18:21

This is the one that gets me every time because there are so many times I want to scream words at people from the rooftops! I’m sure you all know what I mean. We all have moments when people and things get the best of us and we want to lash out in a big way. We need to be mindful that words can destroy people’s lives. Hateful and harsh words can cause people to fall into deep depression, despair and to the point of breaking. Even silence can be deafening to someone who needs someone to lift them up. Our job as children of God is to actually communicate words of love and encouragement to others. Let’s use our words to speak life and love to others today. Go out and make a difference in someone’s life.
