Living Boldly for Jesus

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

In a world that often challenges our faith, living boldly for Jesus can sometimes feel overwhelming. Society might pressure us to conform or silence our beliefs, yet God calls us to stand firm, rooted in His truth. Boldness doesn’t mean being confrontational or brash it’s about living with courage, conviction, and a love that reflects Christ.

Consider the apostles. Even in the face of persecution, they shared the gospel unashamedly. Their confidence didn’t come from their own strength but from the Holy Spirit within them. Likewise, we are not called to rely on our own abilities or eloquence but to lean on the Spirit who empowers us. When we seek His strength, we can step out in faith, knowing that God will use our lives to make an impact.

Where might God be calling you to step out boldly in faith? It could be sharing His love with a neighbor, praying openly, or standing up for what’s right. Trust that the Holy Spirit will give you the courage you need.

Lord, thank You for the strength and power You’ve placed within me. Help me to live boldly for You, shining Your light in a world that needs to see Your love and truth. Fill me with courage, and let my life bring glory to Your name. Amen.

Love you,

PJ
