A Word from PJ

Living in God’s Peace

Scripture:

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27

Reflection:

The peace that Jesus offers is unlike anything the world can provide. It is a deep, abiding peace that comes from knowing He is in control and that we are secure in His love. John 14:27 invites us to rest in this peace, even in the face of uncertainty and fear.

God’s peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of His Spirit in our lives. It guards our hearts and minds, giving us the strength to face life’s challenges with confidence and hope (Philippians 4:7).

To live in God’s peace, we must trust Him fully, surrendering our fears and anxieties to Him. When we focus on His promises and His presence, His peace fills our hearts and minds.

Challenge:

Spend time in prayer, surrendering your worries to God and asking for His peace to fill your heart. Reflect on John 14:27 and meditate on its truth.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the peace that comes from trusting in You. Help me to surrender my fears and anxieties and to rest in the assurance of Your love and faithfulness. Teach me to walk in Your peace each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
