A Word from PJ

“The generous man will be prosperous, And he who waters will himself be watered.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭11:25‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

We live in a world today where everybody seems to be out to get what they can for themselves. As Christians, we have been called to a higher standard of living. We have been called to invest in others. Christians should never be selfish, we should be the most generous people on earth. If the church was living out our faith like we are supposed to we would see hunger eradicated. We would also see the needs of this world drastically decrease. The first century church, according to the Word, met the surrounding people’s needs. They did not rely on the government or anyone else, they met peoples needs because they knew that’s what they had been called to do. We too are called to be a mirror image of God’s love to this world.

Love you,

PJ

Amen! I see it everyday, senior citizens who cannot do normal things to keep their homes cleaned, they have problems sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, just normal everyday things. The problem is they don't have extra money to pay for these services. Most of them rarely go out and are stuck at home alone. Their families don't always help or are rarely seen. It's just not in the area where I live it's all around us. We are supposed yo be the hands and feet of Jesus.
