A Word from PJ

“You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.””

2 Corinthians 9:7 NLT

Giving is something that is such a beautiful picture of the love of Jesus.  It has been said that “You are never more like Jesus than when you are giving”. I believe that statement to be true in the realist of ways. Jesus gave everything. He gave up heaven to come be born of a virgin. He gave up the praise of angels to be scorned of man. He gave up glory for grief. He that knew no sin became sin for us. He gave love to the loveless. He gave life to the lifeless. He gave comfort to those needing comfort. He gave healing to the sick. He gave food to those that were hungry. Jesus can always be found giving. 

I ask you this question, “What do you give? “.
