A Word from PJ

“Now I want you to know, brethren, that my circumstances have turned out for the greater progress of the gospel,”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1:12‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

If only we would apply the same attitude in our walk with God that the Apostle Paul displays here in this verse. He is imprisoned and he is making the best of it for the sake of Christ. Paul continues to be a witness for Jesus in some of the worst times in his life. He doesn’t stop living for Jesus. He doesn’t play the poor pitiful me card. Paul continues to make an impact for Jesus. So much so that his testimony has become famous in the Governor's palace.

May we let the example of Paul encourage us to keep living a life that honors Jesus, no matter what life may throw at us.

Love you,

PJ

Amen! I am so thankful that the Lord walks with us or carries us through whatever is going on at the time. When we give it to Him, He gives us the strength to keep on going no matter what. Paul was a beautiful example of how we should act or react to our struggles.

We can be in a prison of our own making and it is all about poor pitiful me instead of just letting God handle it. No wonder we have problems. Help us Lord to get it right.

Amen. I am reminded of the old song “All to Jesus I surrender. All to him I freely give.”
