ONE MORE TIME!!!!!!!!

I thought I would post this one more time before I make calls. Let's get our hearts right!!!!!

1 Thessalonians 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

There is not one instance in our life that we can find that it’s OK to complain. If we look at the book of Psalms we see that the authors didn’t end their Psalms with complaining. They ended it with praise. We live in such a self-centered world when something doesn’t go the way we want it to or the way we think it should go, we do nothing but complain. But that’s not who God wants us to be. God wants us to be people of praise, people of contentment, people of adoration. We are to be people that bring encouragement and praise to situations rather than complaints. Complaining never makes us feel better. In fact, when we complain, it makes us more angry and more frustrated. Complaining about anything will make you more negative than when you begin the initial complaint. When we complain, it totally ruins our witness for the Lord Jesus Christ. It makes us look dissatisfied with where we are and discontent with what God has done for us thus far. If we want to be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ, then we need to stop our complaining and start praising God at all times. We are to let His praises be continually in our mouth.
