Being a good Christian is not just doing good deeds or talking a good talk. It has to do with a lot more than that. It doesn’t matter how many good deeds we do or how many kind words we say. God looks at our heart and the intentions of our heart. Doing good and saying good things is not all that being a child of God is made up of. We are to love others in such a way that it would lead others to follow Christ. So when we are doing something good for someone or saying something nice about someone we need to really think, “Is this just me wanting to look good or sound good?” or “Is this me living my love out loud?”.
