A Word from PJ

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

As Christians, living a life that glorifies God is the most important thing. It’s not about who we impress in this life or who we make our friend. It’s not about who knows our name or how many people we can get to follow us on social media. The reality is our job as Christians is to live a life that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father. Jesus paid the ultimate price for us. Sometimes I have to ask the the question, “Do we even care what Jesus did?”. It seems most of the Christians today are self-centered and are about self gratification. Let’s don’t be those people. Let’s be people of God that live for Him in such a way that He would be pleased with how we live, with how we act and how we love.

Love you,

PJ

It is so extremely important that we desire Jesus to not just be our savior, although that would be enough and a beautiful gift, but he needs to be Lord of our lives. In America, we don’t quite comprehend the word sovereign, we still think we have a say, and a vote about everything. I think we believe more in democracy, than God’s sovereignty. Jesus said that there will be those you say, Lord Lord, and he will say he knew it not. We can’t just grab our fire insurance and then go do our own thing. He wants us to follow him and do life with him just like we like to do life with each other. Heavenly fath…
