A Word from PJ


“It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in people.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭118:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬


When you’re facing uncertain times it’s always good to remind yourself that your refuge is not in people or in things. As Christians, we are to take refuge in the Lord. We all know people will fail us, but our God will never fail us. Always keep that in mind when facing situations that are out of your control. We serve a great God! Our God doesn’t put us on a shelf and forget about us. He takes pride in us and we can trust that God will always be there when we need him.

So true. He is our hiding place. When we pray, we are tucking ourselves in along with  the many we love and are praying for. Our safe place.
