A Word from PJ

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.”

Philippians 4:4-5

Say it Again!  In the climate that we live in today we can all find it hard to rejoice at times. Things may not always work out the way we want them. As Christians we face many things, like persecution, anxiety, pettiness, stress and well I think you get the picture. However, the apostle Paul tells us to rejoice in the Lord always! That is where we find our strength. It’s not when things are going right or going the way we want them to. We are to always rejoice in the Lord when things are bad, when things are good or when they’re just mediocre. Our job, as Christians, is to rejoice even when we don’t feel like it. Rejoicing in the Lord in all situations shows how we delight in the Lord no matter what. That is an incredible witness to the love Jesus brings His people. Now go be a blessing and rejoice no matter what situation you find yourself in today.
