“Investigate my life, O God, find out everything about me; Cross-examine and test me, get a clear picture of what I’m about; See for yourself whether I’ve done anything wrong— then guide me on the road to eternal life”

Psalm 139:23-24 MSG


I love these verses and especially how The Message Bible phrases them. This is a beautiful picture of how the Psalmist trusts The Lord and we can be better in this life. If we as Christians would pray this to our Lord and actually mean it, our lives would be radically different and God honoring. These verses show incredible trust in God and how He has our best interest at heart. May we be the kind of Christian that wants God to show us who we really are and help guide us on the path of righteousness.
