A Word from PJ

Strength in the Lord

Scripture:

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” – Psalm 28:7

Reflection:

There are days when our strength feels depleted, but Psalm 28:7 reminds us that the Lord Himself is our strength. He stands as our shield, protecting and sustaining us through every trial.

David, the author of this psalm, faced countless battles. Yet, his confidence was rooted not in his ability but in God’s unfailing help. When we trust in the Lord, His strength becomes our foundation, allowing us to stand firm.

Let God be your source of strength today. His power is limitless, and His shield is impenetrable.

Challenge:

In moments of exhaustion or doubt, pause and pray, asking God to fill you with His strength.

Prayer:

Father, You are my strength and shield. I place my trust in You today. Thank You for sustaining me and being my refuge. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
