The Beauty of Vulnerability

Scripture: “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)

One of the greatest lies the enemy whispers is that weakness disqualifies you. In God’s Kingdom, it’s the opposite. Vulnerability doesn’t make you weak; it makes room for God’s strength. When you bring your genuine struggles before Him, you create an opportunity for His grace to shine in your life.

There’s something beautiful about someone who isn’t afraid to say, “I don’t have it all together, but I know the One who holds me together.” Genuine living isn’t about showcasing your strength; it’s about showcasing God’s sufficiency in your weakness. When you are weak, He is strong.

Stop believing that you have to have it all figured out. God’s restoration flows into the hearts that are humble enough to admit their need. If you will dare to be vulnerable with Him, you will experience a restoration far deeper and greater than anything you could ever achieve on your own.

Reflection:

Where do you need to stop pretending to be strong and simply lean into God’s strength?

Prayer:

Lord, I admit that I am weak, but You are strong. Thank You that Your grace is enough for me. Teach me to be vulnerable in Your presence and to rely fully on Your strength. Restore what my weakness has broken. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
