A Word from PJ
“Therefore bear fruit in keeping with repentance;”
Matthew 3:8 NASB1995
As Christians, when we repent of sin we are to go the other way. We are to allow Holy Spirit and His Word to direct us away from that sin. When we truly repent we bear fruit of that repentance. We will live in such a way that God would be honored by our path of righteousness. Bearing fruit in keeping with repentance is being free from the sin you have repented of and moving away from that stronghold. It’s about living free from the old patten of life. Go out and show evidence of your repentance so that others too may be called to repentance!
