A Word from PJ

“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:26‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Have you ever been at the point in your life where you didn’t know how to pray for something? I think we all have been there. At times I don’t know what to pray when  situations get tough. That’s why God has given us the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit helps us pray to God about things when we don’t know how to pray. When times get confusing and frustrating we seem to be at a loss as to how to respond to certain things, not to mention how to pray about them. We serve a great God that gives us what we need when we need it. What we have to do is yield ourself to the Holy Spirit and allow him to lead us when we don’t know what to pray or what to do. This can be difficult at times because we as humans are control freaks. We don’t want to relinquish control, but that’s what God calls us to do. Turn it all over to the One who knows best.

Love you all,

PJ

Yesterday was rough. My sleep was interrupted by horrible nightmares 3 times. After the worst one woke me up I was afraid to go back to sleep, so I kept my eyes wide open and instead of trying to figure out what it meant I thought of Jesus. I let Jesus win . I know the enemy was behind them all...had to let go and let God. I had no real words for Him - just gave my troubled mind TO Him...🥺🙏

Jesus said Not my will, but thine be done. The real struggle for me, without realizing it often, is wrestling with God for things to go a certain way And when they don’t, I finally get the message to just let go and trust God. Because we have faith, you would think trusting would be easy. Here again, is another matter we must grow in.Abba knows best.
