A Word from PJ

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Matthew 6:34 NIV

One misconception about this verse (when taken out of context) is that it’s saying we shouldn’t prepare for the future. That is not at all what this means. What God wants you and I to know is that He will take care of you. Don’t worry about what may come tomorrow. Live and be grateful in this day, in this moment. Worrying about things can’t add one second to your life. In fact worrying can bring great harm to you. It can cause mental and physical damage that can destroy you.

So be grateful and praise God during the times you want to worry. I can assure you it will change your life.

Love you all,

PJ

“What does your anxiety do? It does not empty tomorrow off its sorrow; but it empties today of its strength. It does not make you escape evil; it makes you unfit to cope with it if it comes.”

So true. Worry never helps or changes anything.
