A Word from PJ

““Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Money and possessions are undeniably the key to many people’s happiness. The trouble with that is, while money is great to have so you can pay bills, support your family, and maybe even have some fun with, it shouldn’t be the key to our happiness. Everything we possess on this earth will not last. Earthly possessions will all be destroyed eventually. Yes, we need money to survive, we don’t need it to make us happy. True happiness comes from God and the joy He gives us. The gift of salvation will last forever. As Christians, we should be striving to lay up treasures in Heaven that will never go away. We can do this by sharing the Gospel with others and helping others grow in their faith. Loving God and loving each other is the key to laying up those beautiful treasures in Heaven.

Love you all,

PJ
