A Word from PJ

Trusting in God’s Protection

Scripture:

“The Lord is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” – Psalm 91:2

Reflection:

God is our protector, a refuge where we can find safety and peace in the midst of life’s challenges. Psalm 91:2 assures us that when we place our trust in Him, we can rest in His strength and protection.

God’s protection doesn’t mean we’ll never face difficulties, but it does mean that He is with us through them. He promises to guide, sustain, and deliver us according to His perfect will. Just as He protected Daniel in the lion’s den and delivered David from his enemies, He is faithful to protect His people today.

Trusting in God’s protection requires faith. It means surrendering our fears and choosing to believe that He is in control. When we rely on Him as our fortress, we experience His peace, even in the face of uncertainty.

Challenge:

Reflect on an area of your life where you feel afraid or vulnerable. Pray for God’s protection and choose to trust Him with your fears.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for being my refuge and fortress. Help me to trust in Your protection and to find peace in Your presence. Teach me to surrender my fears and to walk confidently, knowing that You are always with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love you,

PJ
