A Word from PJ

“I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.””

Jeremiah 31:25 NIV

Our body and soul both get weary and tired. We work our fingers to the bone. We take care of our family and not to mention all the other people that want our attention. It gets extremely tiresome and frustrating to say the least. God wants us to know that He can and will refresh our body and satisfy our soul, but we have to allow Him to do that. We have to stop trying to do this on our own. We have a God that wants to take care of us.

Here is the key, “We need to trust God to do it”. We have to release everything and allow God to do the rest. It is a very difficult thing to do, but it is worth it.

God I ask you to refresh my tired mind and body. Satisfy my soul O’ God. Give me the newness of life that you promise. I trust you to do this in Jesus’ name. Amen

Love you all,

PJ
